Today started in a very leisurely fashion with a late breakfast in the garden: a gorgeous day and a gorgeous meal.

Gerald and Donna Garcia, and daughter BeccaWe then left to check out the Texas A&M campus, which we found quite impressive. The Aggies have a storied history in the old Southwest Conference as a football power, as evidenced by the many conference championships.
Student Transportation
Don also stopped by the FedEx office to collect his new Young Life biking gear, which had been on back order since February. Many thanks to Jason of YL Flagstaff for making arrangements for us to pick it up on the road.
Do I Now Look Official?
There was then time for a short nap at the Garcia home before we all went out to dinner, where we were joined by a couple who assist with YL ministry for A&M college students. Yet another great evening, with lively company and stimulating conversation. Do we really have to get back on the road tomorrow?!!
